Forms & fees

Every form you might touch, what it’s for, and what it costs in 2026 — with direct links to the official source. Always confirm the live amount before filing.

!
Fees change — verify before you pay.

USCIS fees below follow the Fee Schedule (Form G-1055, ed. 05/29/26). State Department fees follow the Feb 2026 passport fee chart and Embassy Manila. Confirm at uscis.gov/feecalculator and the embassy pages — incorrect fees get filings rejected.

N-400 has a reduced $380 fee for households ≤400% of the Federal Poverty Guidelines, and $0 for qualifying military applicants. None of these forms carry a Pub. L. 119-21 surcharge as of the 05/29/26 schedule — but those statutory fees adjust annually, so re-verify. Source: USCIS Fee Schedule G-1055.
