Medical exam (immigrant route)

If you go the immigrant-visa route, the required medical exam is done by a panel physician β€” in Manila that’s typically St. Luke’s Medical Center. The same facility is used for embassy-directed DNA collection.

PSA documents

Order Philippine civil records online from PSAHelpline.ph or PSASerbilis β€” no need to travel to a PSA office.
